We make every effort to fill your entire order on time. Sometimes we simply run out! In these cases, we have already ordered your back-ordered component(s) from our manufacturing facility. These typically arrive at our office within 1-2 weeks.
We realize your order is time-sensitive. If you are unable to wait for your back order to be completed, simply reply to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the component you wish to be refunded for.
When logged in to your account, under the Orders tab, you will see two different order statuses. The first is Shipped with Partial Backorder and the other is Backorder.
What do these mean?
- Shipped with Partial Backorder means we have shipped part of your order with the remaining items waiting for our shipment from our manufacturer. Once these arrive at our office they will be shipped to you free of charge via UPS Ground.
- Backorder means your entire order is on back order and awaiting our shipment from our manufacturer. Your order will be shipped via the UPS method you requested.
